Cast Announced for Treasure Island at Bristol Old Vic
Full casting has been announced for this year’s seasonal show at Bristol Old Vic.
The Bristol Old Vic Christmas show for 2025/26 is Treasure Island: A New Musical Adventure.
Earlier in the year, comedian and actor Jayde Adams was announced as one of the cast members. She will be playing the role of Ben Gunn/Jim’s Mother.
The multi-instrumentalist actors joining Adams is: Adryne Caulder-James as Jim Hawkins, Colin Leggo as Long John Silver, Morgan Val Baker as “Squire Trelawney/Black Dog, Lloyd Gorman as Captain Smollett/Jim’s Father, Jack Heydon as O’Brien/Billy Bones, Philippa Hogg as Hands and Sioned Saunders as Dr Livesey.
The show has been created by Jake Brunger and Pippa Cleary and directed by Paul Foster.
Also on the creative team is Designer Tom Rogers, Choreographer Chi-San Howard, Lighting Desginer Jai Morjaria, Sound Designer George Dennis, Musical Supervisor & Orchestrator Sarah Travis, Musical Director Matthew Spalding, Associate Director Lisa Gregan and Fight Director Kate Waters.
The show is a new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Bristol-inspired story of hidden treasure and daring deeds.
Treasure Island will be at Bristol Old Vic from 04 December 2025 – 10 January 2026
