Above & Beyond Christmas Star Concert with Host Jack Ashton

Above & Beyond Christmas Star Concert Bristol 2018:

The annual Above & Beyond Christmas Star Concert takes place at Bristol Cathedral on Thursday 13 December this year. And, Bristol born actor Jack Ashton will be returning to his home town to host the event.

Jack, who is well known for playing Reverend Tom Hereward in BBC drama Call the Midwife, is lending his support to the charity which raises funds for all nine of Bristol’s city centre hospitals. This includes Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol Heart Institute and Bristol Royal Hospital for Children.

“I’m really looking forward to hosting the Above & Beyond charity concert this year,” Jack said

“The NHS has had another challenging year and the staff should be reminded how much we value the jobs they do. I look forward to meeting them and to raising lots of money for the charity.”

The event will be featuring performances by the Voice of Hope Wellbeing Gospel Choir, the Above & Beyond singers and Byron Jones – the Welsh Wizard.
