Bristol Theatres and Theatre Map

Find performance spaces in the region mapped out

Bristol has a large number of theatres and performance spaces across the city. There’s the traditional proscenium arch theatres such as the Bristol Hippodrome, which hosts some of the biggest touring West End shows.

The city also hosts lots of fringe performance spaces such as the Alma Tavern Theatre or The Wardrobe Theatre. This is where you can see some really fantastic new and original work.

There’s also quirky spaces such as the tunnels of The Loco Klub and the Mount Without, which brings a real atmosphere to shows.

It’s also worth checking out theatres slightly further afield, such at Theatre Royal Bath and The Barn Theatre in Circencester.
