Brothers Across the Decades by Tom Marshman at The Wardrobe Theatre
Bristol-based Tom Marshman, brings solo show Brothers Across the Decades to The Wardrobe Theatre this September.
It’s not often you get a piece of theatre focusing on Weston Super Mare, but the seaside town forms the backdrop of Tom Marshman’s show, which is about being queer in the 1990s.
Brothers Across the Decades, is described as a coming-of-age memoir story woven together with 90’s music, spoken word, humour and history.
It also covers the impact of AIDS, and how it formed intergenerational dialogue between LGBTQ People.
Marshman is expert at bringing diverse and thoughtful theatre to the stage, offering reflection as well as entertainment on gentle journeys through queer stories.
Brothers Across the Decades will be at The Wardrobe Theatre from 06 – 09 September 2023
