Dance With Layton Dance Workshop
Dance With Layton Dance Workshop Bristol
You might remember him best for playing up teacher Alfie Wickers in BBC comedy Bad Education, as Billy Elliot in the West End musical, dancing in Matthew Bourne’s ballets or as Seaweed on the recent UK tour of Hairspray. One thing that always stands out is the beautiful fluidity of his dancing ability.
He brought that talent to Bristol this summer, with one of his Dance With Layton workshops.
No prior experience was needed to take part in this fun yet intensive 1.5 hours, which gave children and young people the chance to work through a dance routine from a musical before performing it to parents or carers at the end.
The event, which took place at Freedog Bristol, was a fantastic and enjoyable opportunity for children to work with a well-known West End pro.
