Bristol Birdman 2026 – Bristol’s Floating Harbour

Bristol Birdman returns this Sunday, taking place on Bristol’s Floating Harbour. The debut event last year attracted around 10,000 spectators to see businesses, charities and community organisations competing to launch homemade flying machines into the harbour.
The flying machine competition will see returning champions from Bakehouse Factory defending their title against fellow business teams including Clifton Coffee Roasters, Bristol Beer Factory, Urban Pursuit, MUTI Live, Yogscast Games, Origin Workspace and UWE Bristol.
They will be joined by Children’s Scrapstore, WECIL, Puppet Place, Bristol Harbour, All-Aboard Watersports, Eastside Community Trust, Scouts and event organisers Grassroot Communities.
