Maybe I Should Stop by Oscar Brudenall-Jones – Alma Tavern Theatre

To The Tooth Theatre, brings a brand new show to the Alma Tavern Theatre this month.
Maybe I Should Stop by Oscar Brudenall-Jones, is the company’s very first production. It’s already currently nominated for Two Fringe Theatre Awards.
Oscar Brudenall-Jones is co-Artistic Director of the company. He’s a working class actor aiming to bring to the stage ‘sharp, socially aware’ theatre which will entertain and provoke audiences.
It’s directed by co-Artistic Director of To The Tooth Theatre, Esalan Gates.
Maybe I Should Stop, explores themes of grief in a post-pandemic world. It also includes ‘sperm bank strikes’ and ‘why you shouldn’t lose your rag at an old person’.
Oscar Brudenall-Jones calls it “comedy with a bite”.
Aaron, an out-of-work entertainer, has nicked his dad’s ashes and hidden them in a tub of chocolates. Now he’s on his way to Cornwall with no money, a half-baked plan and the police in hot pursuit. Catch him while you can!
