Zuma Puma is… The Clown Arcana at The Wardrobe Theatre

For an evening of laughter, insight and unexpected magic, The Clown Arcana at The Wardrobe Theatre is the perfect show.

It’s created by Zuma Puma, a Canadian/British ritual clown and comedian.

She will be staging a show which brings together spontaneous comedy, clowning, interactive games and a collective tarot reading into one immersive performance.

The Clown Arcana is based on Zuma’s own hand-crafted taro deck, used live to guide a real-time tarot reading.

A live soundscape including DJing and sound effects will be provided by Rowan Quarry.

“I’ve always loved how tarot can open up new perspectives and invite deeper connection,” said Zuma. “In The Clown Arcana, the audience and I co-create the show together, exploring the moments that arise in real time. It’s unpredictable, it’s alive, and it’s always a new show.”

Ideal for both long-term tarot enthusiasts as well as those new to the practice.
