Farewell Festival for Bristol Unicornfest

If you didn’t get to see all the unicorns during Bristol Unicornfest this year, you can see them all in one place for a final Farewell Festival.

There’s even a chance to spot a brand new surprise unicorn at the event. A currently unnamed mystery artist, has been working on the 61st unicorn, which will celebrate the end of the trail.

And, if there was one particular unicorn that caught your fancy, you could go home with it. All unicorns are being auctioned off to raise money for charity Leukaemia Care.

The festival celebrations will take place at Propyard on 23 – 24 September, seeing all 61 unicorns and over 40 foals coming together.

The unicorns will be on the trail until 04 September, when they are removed for restoration back to their original pre-trail condition ahead of the festival and auction.

As well as the unicorns, there will be music, food and drink and Dala-Corn decoration sessions taking place.

The final auction will be taking place on Thursday 05 October 2023.

“We’ve truly had such a magical summer in Bristol,” Leukaemia Care CEO, Zack Pemberton-Whiteley said.

“Our unicorns have been scanned over 150,000 times by visitors coming from Germany to the USA. We’re incredibly proud to see people travelling from all over the world to come see all 60.

“The Farewell festival will be the public’s last chance to see the complete set of unicorns who will all be retouched by their artists ready for the occasion, ahead of heading to the auction which will raise final vital funds for Leukaemia Care.”
