Some Films Are Better Than The Original Books Vue’s Research Finds

It’s not a popular opinion to voice that some films are just so much better than the books Harry Potter.

If you think this, you are not alone. A poll of 2000 adults from Vue, found that some much loved books were brought to life more successfully by movies than the original author.

If you are one of those sourpusses that think this is a literary crime, then rest assured that some 60 per cent of those who saw the film first then went on to read the original story.

The twenty film adaptations which people found better than the original book were found to be:

Forrest Gump
Bridget Jones’ Diary
