The Children Kelvin Players Bristol:

Profound and moving contemporary drama The Children by Lucy Kirkwood, is being performed by the Kelvin Players this month.

The play, directed by Mat Rees, is set in a small cottage on the coast in the near future. It follows two retired nuclear scientists – Robin and Hazel, attempting to live as normally as possible in the wake of a nuclear power station catastrophe. But when former colleague and nuclear physicist Rose appears after 38 years, they are forced to examine the impact of their lives on future generations.

The Children will be running at The Kelvin Players Studio from Tuesday 11 – Saturday 15 February 2020.
