The Two Character Play Tennessee Williams Bristol:

Bristol theatre company Red Rope Theatre, will be staging Tennessee Williams’ The Two Character Play at the Alma Tavern Theatre in Bristol this March.

A brother and sister, two actors on tour, have been deserted by their troupe and find themselves alone in a decrepit theatre. They begin to enact ‘The Two Character Play’ – an illusion within an illusion that hasn’t been finished and can’t be remembered.’

Red Rope Theatre are well known for their brilliantly staged Gothic Horrors at Arnos Vale Cemetery.

Williams’ singular play will be brought to life by actors Dan Gaisford and Rebecca Robson with direction by Shane Morgan.

The Two Character Play will be at the Alma Tavern Theatre from Tuesday 03 – Saturday 16 March 2019.
