Alexandra Burke Returns to Bristol with The Bodyguard in 2019

Alexandra Burke Back in Bristol:

Alexandra Burke will be returning to The Bristol Hippodrome next year as Rachel Marron in UK tour of The Bodyguard.

The show, based on the 90’s movie starring Kevin Costner and featuring both Whitney Houston and her music, will be in town from 26 March – 06 April 2019.

Alexandra initially became famous after winning the fifth series of The X Factor, with her debut number one single Hallelujah selling over one million copies.

Since then, she has become a West End regular, recently appearing in Chess at the London Coliseum and soon to be performing as Roxie in Chicago.

She’s been in Bristol before, having played Rachel in the previous tour of The Bodyguard and wowing audiences with her Deloris Van Cartier in the national tour of Sister Act.

If you are keen to catch her, she will only be performing the role of ‘Rachel Marron’ at evening performances only, so early booking is recommended.
