Bristol Old Vic Theatre School Design Students Grad Exhibition

The event took place in Sparks this month

Earlier this year, we went to see Roy Williams’ play Days of Significance. It was directed by Natalie Simone and performed by the graduating students from the BA (Hons) Professional Acting Course.

The set design was by Andrea Kilgour on the MA Performance Design and costume was from Alexandra Hall, also on the MA Performance Design course.

In May, we also went to see double bill The Étienne Sisters and dirty butterfly, also performed, directed and design by Bristol Old Vic Theatre School graduating students.

Having seen the plays staged, it was fascinating then attending the theatre school’s grad show for its design students.

The event was again held in Sparks Bristol.

In the Reel below, you can see some of the work from all three plays and it’s really impressive.
