Butchered at The Loco Klub
It’s hard to imagine a better theatre space in Bristol than the stony tunnel walls of The Loco Klub, for Expial Atrocious’ absurdist thriller Butchered.
Set in a kitchen, which is described as a place where ‘dreams come to die’, Master Sausage only knows one thing – Eat, sleep, sausage, repeat. Working relentlessly in their life of butchery, they cannot imagine anything else.
Until their daily routine is disrupted by a new fresh-faced employee. As tensions grow, Master Sausage is forced to question what it means to be happy? And what’s in those sausages anyway?
Created by Nic Lawton and Ez Holland from Expial Atricious, the show runs at the Loco Klub on 14 and 15 June.
