Daliso Chaponda Topical Storm – The Wardrobe Theatre

Daliso Chaponda will be coming to Bristol this March as part of a new UK tour – Topical Storm.

The comedian and satirist first made waves in comedy by making it to the finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2017. He came in at third overall and even won a Golden Buzzer on his journey.

Since then, he has his own Radio 4 series Citizen of Nowhere. He’s found time to win an episode of Celebrity Mastermind and has also appeared in BBC Two documentary series Pilgrimage: The Road Through the Alps.

His Topical Storm show will see Daliso bring his sharp and funny take on modern journalism. He asks has the reporting of events become part of the chaos rather than a solution? And where do we go from here?
