Hay Festival Includes Top UK Children’s Authors

Hay Festival 2018 Booking Now

A huge programme of events, including some of the UK’s top children’s authors will be taking part in the Hay Festival 2018.

The event runs from 24 May – 03 June 2018 in Hay on Wye across the bridge in Wales.

The event ground is free to attend, but tickets must be booked for events taking place.

This year will see appearances from authors including Michael Morpurgo, Judith Kerr, David Walliams and Jacqueline Wilson.

As well as events, there will be a wild garden, creative workshops, discussions, music, dance, market stalls, cafés and restaurants.

“Whatever you are interested in and however old you are, there is an activity just for you at Hay this year, whether it’s cooking on an open fire or animating and projection mapping,” Aine Venables, Hay Festival Education Manager said.

“With so much going on, we invite everyone, young and old, to be adventurous and express their creativity by trying something new.”
