How to Live a Jellicle Life Alma Tavern Theatre

  • How to Live a Jellicle Life: Life Lessons From the 2019 Hit Movie Musical ‘Cats’ comes to the Alma Tavern Theatre this month

How to Live a Jellicle Life… is no stranger to Bristol, having visited the city twice during former sold-out tours.

This month, writer and performer Linus Karp, is back with his popular show based on life lessons that can be gleaned from infamous 2019 movie Cats.

Audiences can expect dance, comedy and a PowerPoint presentation as they learn how to apply aspects of Jellicle Cats to their lives.

A photo of Linus Karp. He is dressed in Kat suit in the design of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats musical. He is laying on his side on the bar licking a bowl of milk. In the background is a bar with spirit optics and the Cats movie poster. There are fairly lights draped from the ceiling. In the foreground are two people both with drinks and their backs to the camera.

The show will be in Bristol from 11 – 13 January 2022 at the Alma Tavern Theatre.

The running time is 1 ‘Jellicle’ hour. Although this is probably for human Jellicles, as Google seems to suggest in real cat time the show would be around 15 hours long. And, is recommend for audiences aged 16 years upwards.
