John Barrowman Stars in Snow White at the Bristol Hippodrome

John Barrowman Announced as the headline for this year’s pantomine at The Bristol Hippodrome:

John Barrowman is headlining this year’s pantomime at The Bristol Hippodrome. The international star will be performing as the Wicked Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for a four-week run starting Saturday 05 December 2020.

Barrowman’s illustrious career has seen him performing lead roles in London’s West End, hosting children’s TV, starring on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, originating the character of Captain Jack Harkness for the BBC’s  Doctor Who and Torchwood, Dancing on Ice as well as presenting his own television shows.

He’s is also a successful recording artist having released hit albums and selling out solo tours and co-writes a young adult series with his sister Carole Barrowman.

John is no stranger to pantomime having donned heels to play villain the Wicked Queen before.

He says:  “I am thrilled to be starring in Snow White this Christmas, and especially delighted and pleased to be able to perform in Bristol at the Hippodrome. I have family in Bristol and it will feel just like home. I can’t wait to dig out the heels and be a Fabulous Wicked Queen”.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be at The Bristol Hippodrome from Saturday 05 December 2020 until Sunday 03 January 2021.
