Kinky Boots UK Tour Comes to The Bristol Hippodrome 2019
Kinky Boots at The Bristol Hippodrome 2019:
We already know Bristol is going to love this true-story musical about a Northampton shoe factory’s fabulous relationship with drag queen Lola.
Whilst the West-End musical is finally closing at the Adelphi Theatre in January 2019, audiences around the country will be able to enjoy this heartwarming hit when the tour opens at Royal & Derngate in Northampton on 19 September this year.
It will be calling into The Bristol Hippodrome from 25 February to 09 March 2019.
Kayi Ushe will play the role of Lola, Paula Lane (Kylie Platt in Coronation Street) will play Lauren and Joel Harper-Jackson will play Charlie.
The musical features a book by Harvey Fierstein, songs by pop icon Cyndi Lauper, direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell with the show produced by Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig and Playful Productions, in association with Cameron Mackintosh.
We expect it to be a great one.
