Ladyfriends At The Loco Klub in Bristol This March
Described as a ‘high-octane romp through love letters, third dates, and lesbian period dramas’ Ladyfriends comes to The Loco Klub, complete with glitter curtains and confetti cannons this March.
And, if a lesbian period drama chock-full of real-life queer history, live music and film isn’t enough for Friday night fun, the production has teamed up with Misscoteque.
Following Friday night’s performance, Misscoteque DJs will be running a Ladyfriends afterparty, featuring the likes of disco, synthy 80s pop, funky world music and UKG.
The show features what it calls the ‘probably true’ stories of Annie Kenney and Christabel Pankhurst, asking the question – are we dating or just really good friends?
Ladyfriends is at The Loco Klub in Bristol from 15 – 17 March 2023
It runs at 110 minutes and suitable for ages 14 upwards.
Misscoteque club night following Friday night’s performance is strictly over 18s.
Content Warning: Themes of homophobia. Flashing lights, loud noise, visual effects (e.g. streamers, glitter curtains, confetti cannons).
All performances are semi relaxed and include unlimited exit and reentry, and pre show introduction.
