Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes:
A new trailer has just dropped for the new 2019 tour of Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes.
The ballet is based on the Powell and Pressburger movie of the same name and set against a score arrangement of composer Bernard Herrmann’s Hollywood music.
So far, the tour is confirmed for Plymouth, The Lowry and Sadler’s Wells.
It came to The Bristol Hippodrome in April 2017. Here’s our original review:
