SeatPlan Essential Booking Tool for London West End Theatre Audiences

London Theatre Seat Reviews from Seat Plan:
We’ve mentioned SeatPlan on here before, but this community-driven site is an essential tool for making sure you get the best seats for the best money.
I used the website again last night for an impulse driven ticket purchase for Everyone’s Talking About Jamie. As a family we have seen the show before. I had also consulted the SeatPlan website then before making an access booking on the Nimax phone line.
There must have been something in my daughter’s paediatrician’s comment about the way I do things when he asked me if I felt ADHD criteria might apply to me too. At 10pm last night, I absolutely had to buy the tickets right then and couldn’t possibly wait until the phone line opened the next morning.
After scanning the photographs and seat reviews on SeatPlan, I booked some incredibly cheap tickets. The next morning, suffering a bit of a panic, I called the Nimax access line fully prepared to pay to upgrade to better seats. I was advised not to, the seats had a special last minute rate on them and were each around £40 cheaper than other performances. What an absolute win! Had it not been for the SeatPlan website, I would never have booked these seats and made such a massive saving.
You would be forgiven for thinking I had been paid to write about this website, but I have not. I book theatre tickets all the time. Theatre tickets are very expensive and I genuinely feel that if I’m investing such an amount of money into three hours that I want comfortable seats from which I can see the whole show.
The reviews on SeatPlan are genuine ones from audiences members and currently features 69 theatres in 18 cities including all the main London West End venues.
According to the website’s current statistics, there are more than 58,000 seat reviews and more than 28,000 point-of-view photographs. Reviewers give star ratings to indicate legroom, comfort and view. The website is free to use for both readers and posters, and those who post frequently about their experience accumulate credits which can be used towards theatre tokens.
