Starter for Ten Bristol Old Vic Cast 2025 Announced
The hit musical returns to the Bristol theatre this September
Full casting has been announced for the forthcoming production of Starter for Ten, which opens at Bristol Old Vic this September.
The show was a storming success when it first opened in the city in 2024. It’s now back this year, with a run taking place in Bristol before moving to Birmingham Rep.
Actor and comedian Mel Giedroyc has already been announced as returning to the role of Brian’s mum – Irene Jackson and Bamber Gascoigne’s sidekick – Julia Bland.
Joining her will be Stephen Ashfield as Bamber Gascoigne and Dave, Michelle Bishop as Mrs Harbinson and Ensemble, Adam Bregman as Brian, Miracle Chance as Lucy, Imogen Craig as Alice, Will Jennings as Patrick, Rachael John as Dr Bowman, Luke Johnson as Des and Ensemble, Kwamé Kandekore as Ensemble, Christian Maynard as Spencer, Asha Parker-Wallace as Rebecca and Laura Dawn Pyatt as Ensemble.
The new musical is based on David Nicholl’s bestselling novel and the 2006 hit movie. The book and lyrics are by Emma Hall and Charlie Parham. Music and lyrics are from Hatty Carman and Tom Rasmussen.
