The Beautiful Future Is Coming Production Shots

Production shots have dropped for the show currently running at Bristol Old Vic

The Beautiful Future Is Coming has opened at Bristol Old Vic and a fab collection of production shots by Ellie Kurttz have just dropped.

The show, described as ‘powerful’, is written by Flora Wilson Brown and directed by Nancy Medina.

It’s a fast-paced, humorous exploration of the climate crisis across 250 real and imagined history seen through the perspective of three couples.

1856. New York. Eunice sits in what will become Central Park and wonders if her research into CO2 is telling her something is going horribly wrong.

2027. London. Claire falls in love as the heatwave breaks and the streets begin to flood.

2100. Svalbard. While an 86-day storm rages outside, Ana hears a baby crying in the seed vault.

The world is ending, sure. But what happens in between?
