Ghostlight Players are bringing Mindy Kaling and Brenda Withers’ absurdist play Matt & Ben to the Alma Tavern Theatre this summer.

It’s an untrue origin story about how Matt Damon and Ben Affleck wrote their Hollywood hit Good Will Hunting.

Picture this: interior, Ben’s apartment. Centre stage, sofa; on one side, a desk, on the other, various junk food. And Ben. Yes, Ben. THE Ben Affleck, quickly joined by THE Matt Damon. And that’s when it happens!
