Casting Announced for Dear England 2025 UK Tour
Further casting has been announced for the national tour of Dear England.
The tour is due to open at the Theatre Royal Plymouth this September, visiting another 16 venues around the country.
David Sturzaker has already been announced as England manager Gareth Southgate, with Samantha Womack as team psychologist Pippa Grange.
Returning to the cast will be Jass Beki as Bukayo Saka, Courtney George as Alex Scott, Miles Henderson as Ensemble, and Tom Lane as Eric Dier.

New cast members to join them will be Jake Ashton-Nelson as Jordan Henderson, Luke Azille as Jadon Sancho, Ian Bartholomew as Greg Dyke, Ashley Byam as Raheem Sterling, Steven Dykes as Sam Allardyce, Oscar Gough as Harry Kane, Jayden Hanley as Marcus Rashford, Connor Hawker as Harry Maguire, Ian Kirkby as Gary Lineker, Jack Maddison as Jordan Pickford, Liam Prince-Donnelly as Dele Alli, and George Rainsford as Mike Webster.
Also joining the company will be Stuart Ash, Natalie Boakye, Sam Craig, and Jonathan Markwood.
The Olivier Award-winning Best New Play is written by James Graham. It’s directed by Rupert Goold with set design by Es Devlin.
The show will open at Theatre Royal Plymouth on 15 September 2025. It will then visit Nottingham Theatre Royal, The Marlowe in Canterbury, Sheffield Lyceum, Leeds Grand Theatre, Theatre Royal Newcastle, Chichester Festival Theatre, the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton, Milton Keynes Theatre, the New Theatre in Oxford, Norwich Theatre Royal, the New Victoria Theatre in Woking, The Alhambra Theatre in Bradford, New Wimbledon theatre, Liverpool Empire and Birmingham Hippodrome.
