Bristol Circus City Entertains Broadmead
Did you spot circus acts taking place around Broadmead at the weekend?
Broadmead was filled with moments of wonder at the weekend as Bristol Circus City brought together a programme of artists to entertain shoppers.
The Circus Streets event was a mini festival celebrating circus and showing the city what its outdoor and public space cultural offer can look like.
Busking street performers were arranged by Tit for Tat Circus and a series of aerial performances took place at The Galleries and Trinity Centre.
In the Galleries Shopping Centre, Mish Weaver’s Waiting Song saw a duo aerial performance about hope take place in the central space.
A series of street performers entertained crowds with a variety of performances including physical comedy, acrobatics and juggling.
