Disney’s classic movie Bedknobs and Broomsticks, has been turned into a stage musical and will be going out on a World Premiere UK tour starting this year.

The much-loved movie has been brought to the stage by theatre-makers Candice Edmunds and Jamie Harrison.

The show features the original songs by the Sherman Brothers, alongside new music and lyrics by Neil Bartram and a book by Brian Hill.

The story follows the three orphaned Rawlins children evacuated from London during the war to live with Eglantine Price, whom they discover to be a witch. It’s not long before they are off on a magic adventure.

The show will be coming to the Bristol Hippodrome from Wednesday 26 – Saturday 29 January 2022.
