Cast Announced for Antarctica at The Weston Studio
Popular Early Years Christmas Show Returns With Casting Now Announced
Bristol is lucky to have a plethora of Christmas shows for different ages and audiences playing across the city during the festive season.
This year’s Christmas show at The Weston Studio is a revival of Little Bulb’s Antarctica. It’s specially designed for Early Years children, particularly the 3 – 7 years age group.
Antarctica brings to life a magical world of snow, ice and animals. It’s told through songs, puppetry and what the company calls ‘snowy surprises’.
The cast for this year’s show has been announced and it’s a cracker, featuring three fine creative storytellers.

Amy Harris, Peta Maurice and Emile Clarke are stalwarts in the Bristol theatre scene and make for perfect casting.
Antarctica will run in the Weston Studio of Bristol Old Vic from 05 December 2025 – 10 January 2026.
It includes accessible performances that are both Relaxed and BSL Interpreted on Thursday 18 December at 10.30am.
And, Saturday 27 December 2025 at 3pm.
