The CBeebies pantomime will be hitting cinema screens this year, with stars Ben Cajee, Alex Phelps, Gemma Hunt and Justin Fletcher bringing the festive fun of Dick Whittington and his Cat to youngsters across the country.
The annual pantomine has been filmed in front of a live studio audience at Eastbourne’s Congress Theatre. The panto will be broadcast on TVs this Christmas as well as in cinemas from 02 December 2022.
The audience will join CBeebies favourites including Justin Fletcher as Lord Mayor, Ben Cajee as Dick Whittington and Alex Phelps as his friend Lucky the Cat as they travel to London for the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Parade. But, it’s not long until a trio of mischief making rats are intent on spoiling the fun. Can Dick and his cat save the day?
Modern Films Family will be distributing the show to cinemas across the country, including Bristol.
