Comedian Paul F Taylor Comes to Bristol

Harry Hill comedian will be coming to the Alma Tavern Theatre next month

A ‘piece of cake’ and ‘piece of piss’ sound like two things that should have totally different meanings.
But actually, as comedian Paul F Taylor points out, they mean exactly the same thing.

It’s the kind of vital comedy observation we need and can look forward to in his new show Off The Paul.

Recently diagnosed as a type one diabetic to go alongside his ADHD, Paul found through life that despite wanting to ‘fit in’ with the crowd when he was younger, actually, embracing what sets us apart is far better.

The comedian describes his brain as one that is ‘wurring wizzing fizzy’. It lands on subjects like a ‘dizzy fly’ only to take flight moments after to land on another apparently unconnected thing.

As well as appearing on Harry Hill’s Nite Club, he’s also written for BBC Radio 4 sketch show Please Use Other Door. His appearances at Fringe shows across the UK have earned him a string of nominations. He has also taken home Winner of the New Act of the Year competition.

Paul is currently taking his show around the country, calling into Bristol next month.
