Contentious List Names Phantom of the Opera as Best Musical and Love Never Dies as Worst

The Phantom of the Opera has been named the best West End show of all time with Love Never Dies as the worst.

The declaration is the result of a survey by ByAGift.co.uk, who polled 2000 adults about what they believe to be the best West End Show of all time.

Phantom of the Opera has been running at Her Majesty’s Theatre on Haymarket, London for 32 years, playing more than 12,000 performances.

A 25 per cent of those taking part in the survey put the Phantom on the top spot, but Les Misérables came in at a close second with 23 per cent of the vote.
