Corinne Harragin Brings Delightful Show Back To Bristol
Storyteller brings unique performance to Bristol and Weston Super Mare
Blending myth, humour and ancient river lore into a contemporary spoken word performance, Troubled Waters makes for a gentle and intriguing evening of storytelling.
Corinne Harrigin explores our connections to water and its inhabitants. Leaping salmon. Fishtail women. Mythical raves. Sacred springs.
There’s over 4,000 miles of polluted waterways across Britain and Ireland. Our views of rivers are more important than ever. What do rivers remember? And what might they teach us now? The questions hang across the show.
Troubled Waters has already been out on tour. It proved such a success that Corinne will be taking it to this year’s Edinburgh Festival for a month-long run at the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
Troubled Waters invites its audiences beneath the surface — where story, ecology and agency converge.
Troubled Waters comes to the Front Room Theatre in Weston Super Mare on 13 March and Alma Tavern Theatre on 14 – 15 March 2026
