Bristol Light Festival Swing Song and Circomedia Partner Up
Festival favorite comes in partnership with Bristol Circus school
Swing Song has returned to this year’s Bristol Light Festival. The hugely popular light installation was commissioned by the festival in 2022. It’s made a return to every subsequent festival including this years.
Each swing controls a different musical element based on how low or high it moves.





This year, Circomedia has partnered with Bristol Light Festival. The installation is located in Portland Square in St Paul’s, right outside the location of the famous circus school.
People are invited to pop into St Paul’s Church between 5pm and 8.30pm to take part in a flying trapeze activity. It’s England’s only full-sized indoor trapeze rig. Height restrictions do apply
No booking is necessary. It’s £5 for people to climb up to the platform and take two swings before dropping into the net below.
