Fully LGBTQIA+ Rebel Love Wedding Fair Comes To Bristol

Safe and inclusive wedding event for the LGBTQIA+ community comes to central Bristol

Rebel Love Directory will be hosting The Rebel Love Wedding Fair in Bristol this November.

Organisers promise it will be a wedding fair where ‘love is celebrated’ with ‘inclusivity’ at the heart of the event.

Visitors from the LGBTQIA+ community will be able to browse and shop from safe and inclusive vendors and suppliers as well as support LGBTQIA+ owned businesses.

The event will be taking place at The Station in central Bristol, which is wheelchair accessible and has both accessible toilets and gender neutral toilets.

There will also be a quiet hour for Neurodivergent people, with no live music and limited ticket sales.

“We built the Rebel Love Directory, a home for amazing LGBTQ+ wedding vendors and allies,” co-founder of Rebel Love Directory Steff Clements says.

“It’s been fantastic seeing couples find inclusive vendors for their wedding day, but we’ve heard countless horror stories from our LGBTQ+ clients about traditional fairs. From being mistaken for relatives to facing micro-aggressions, it was clear something had to change, so here we are.”

The Rebel Love Wedding Fair will take place at The Station on Silver Street in Bristol on Saturday 16 November 2024
