Ore Oduba to Join The Rocky Horror Show Bristol Cast

It will be just a jump to the left for Ore Oduba, who will star as Brad Majors in The Rocky Horror Show when it comes to the Bristol Hippodrome this summer.

The actor, TV presenter and winner of Strictly Come Dancing says he ‘can’t wait’ to join the cast of the cult classic.

 “Like everybody, I’ve missed the stage so much and Rocky really is the perfect show to welcome audiences back to theatres,” Oduba says. “It’s such an iconic musical with songs that everyone knows, so I’m sure the Rocky fans will be desperate to do the Time Warp again! I’m so excited to get started and tour the country with our production… just got to remember to pack my stockings!!”

Stephen Webb will be returning to the show as Frank, alongside Philip Franks as The Narrator and Haley Flaherty as Janet.

Kristian Lavercombe also returns to the role of Riff Raff with Lauren Ingram as Columbia. Callum Evans takes up the role of Rocky and Joe Allen will be performing Eddie and Dr Scott.

Phantoms will be performed by Reece Budin, Jordan Fox and Rachel Grundy, with Danny Knott as Male Swing.

Brad and his fiancée Janet, find themselves stranded in a storm when their car breaks down. Luckily for them, they’ve broken down right outside of the home of Dr Frank’n’Furter.

Featuring a banging score and audience participation, this musical send up of B movies and sci-fi is just what we need this year.

The show is currently out on a UK tour and will be coming to the Bristol Hippodrome from 30 May – 04 June 2022.
