Six Musical Bristol Hippodrome Smash Hit Arrives in 2020

Six Musical Bristol Hippodrome:

It’s a musical which has taken the West End by storm, earning it a legion of dedicated and enthusiastic fans. Now Bristol will get a chance to see the action as smash hit musical Six, comes to the Bristol Hippodrome in 2020.

It’s part of a nine- month UK tour, which will take in 33 venues on the way. The show will be coming to the Hippodrome from 07-11 July 2020.

The show, written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, features the six wives of Henry VIII, each one taking to the mic to tell their own personal story.

The 80 minute show will feature Lauren Drew (Catherine of Aragon), Maddison Bulleyment (Anne Boleyn), Lauren Byrne (Jane Seymour), Shekinah McFarlane (Anna of Cleves), Jodie Steele (Katherine Howard) and Athena Collins (Catherine Parr), with Alternates Jennifer Caldwell, Cassandra Lee and Harriet Watson.

The cast are backed by the show’s all-female band, The Ladies in Waiting.

The show originated as a student production at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival just two years ago having gone on to five 2019 Olivier Award nominations, a Broadway transfer and a continuing run in London which sells out every performance.

Priority sales are currently underway, with general sale starting on Wednesday 06 September 2019.
