The Theatre Shop in Clevedon Waves Goodbye To Queen’s Square
A theatrical era in the heart of Clevedon comes to a pause
The team behind The Theatre Shop in Clevedon, says it has “exciting things ahead” as the curtain fell on its final performance this week.
The popular theatre on Queen’s Square opened in 2015 in an empty retail venue.
Over ten years later and the venue has been forced to look for a new home as it approached the end of its tenancy.
It was a sold out audience for Sally-Ann Hayward, the final act before the space was due to be cleared.
All of the equipment has been secured in storage in readiness to open at a brand new venue later in the year.
