Bristol’s PRYZM Nightclub To Close For New Venues

Popular Bristol nightclub will be transformed into two new venues for 2025

New year’s Eve rings in time at the bar for a popular Bristol nightspot, which will close its doors for the last time.

PRYZM Bristol, has been one of the city’s most popular mainstream nightclubs over the last ten years.

It is now set to undergo a £2.5 million refurbishment to create two new late night venues.

Cardiff-based owners NEOS Hospitality say they are adapting to changes in what their customers want from Bristol’s nightlife industry.

This will see the building transform into a ‘split-concept’ party bar entertainment venue.

Barbara’s Bier Haus will be one of the new venues replacing Bristol’s PRYZM

Barbara’s Bier Haus, scheduled for opening in March 2025, will be an apres-ski bar, featuring live music, themed nights and events.

Circuit, will open at the end of January, offering Bristol a destination with cutting-edge sound and light technology.

In 2023, the company opened a Circuit and a Barbara’s Bier Haus in 2024 in Cardiff. It’s now aiming to expand and replicate its success in the Bristol market.

CEO at NEOS Hospitality, Russell Quelch Says the new venues will be “dynamic spaces” adapting to meet the “changing needs” of Bristol customers.
