If It’s To Break at the Alma Tavern Theatre Bristol

Bristol company Bitterroot bring their atmospheric show to the Alma Tavern Theatre

New company Bitterroot, will be bringing If It’s To Break, to the Alma Tavern Theatre this month as part of an Arts Council England funded tour.

If It’s To Break, is the company’s debut show devised by the creative partnership of Chris Richards and Jake Rayner Blair.

It explores the challenge of finding contentment in a world of societal and mental pressures in this ‘body-led’ exploration of self-acceptance in art. The physical performance is set to Chris Richards’ original sound design.

If It’s To Break will be at the Alma Tavern Theatre on 26 and 27 January 2024
