Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella at The Bristol Hippodrome 2018
Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella, will be calling at The Bristol Hippodrome as part of a UK tour next week.
The New Adventures production casting will feature Cordelia Braithwaite and Ashley Shaw as Cinderella and Will Bozier, Andrew Monaghan and Dominic North as Pilot Harry.
The Angel – Cinderella’s ‘Fairy GodFather’ – will be danced by Paris Fitzpatrick and Liam Mower.
“Cinderella is one of my most heartfelt works and a personal favourite amongst my re-imagined classic stories,” Matthew Bourne says.
“I’m delighted to have brought together this cast of current star performers, experienced New Adventures veterans and exciting young talent. I’m thrilled to see another generation of Company dancers take on this beloved production.”
The ballet is set in London during the Second World War and tells the story of Cinderella meeting for one magical night during the Blitz.
The show will be at The Bristol Hippodrome from Tuesday 20 – Saturday 24 March 2018
