The Power Of Fairytale Comes To Bath This Week
The Bath theatre company returns to the stage with their popular show
Whimsico Theatre are in Bath this week with their critically acclaimed play Grimm.
The show explores the uplifting message of hope and unity through the power of once upon a time.
Grimm has been inspired by the stories collected by the Brothers Grimm. An ensemble cast take us through familiar fairytales with traditional folk music from Humm.
“Star light, star bright,
First star I see tonight,
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have this wish I wish tonight.”
Somewhere, deep in a forest, someone wishes on a star.
Every year, the creatures of the forest gather to pay homage to the two rulers of the forest, the Faerie King and Forest Witch, by singing songs, telling tales, and wishing on stars, in hopes that one day the two will reunite.
